Female law students at a networking event

Networking as a student is an excellent way to meet employers and professionals in the industry. The Next Steps Program aims to provide for students an opportunity to network within topics that are of interest to them.

Previous Next Steps seminar topics have included 'Women and the Law', 'From Law School to Solicitor: Making the Transition', and 'Going to the Bar'.

Make sure to secure your spot early, and make use of the industry networking opportunities available after the seminar. If you have questions about these events please email

Our Next Steps program is a valuable resource for students to hear from professionals in the industry. One of the key learning devices for students at the Law School is to hear directly from University of Adelaide alumni who have connections across professional industries, and to utilise the networking resources that are present at the seminar.
