During the semester break, students and academics taking part in the "Aboriginal Peoples and the Law" program embarked on a transformative journey to the Yorke Peninsula.
On 4 September 2023, RUMLAE’s inaugural Digital Resilience Conference was held at the Ingkarni Wardli Building at the University of Adelaide. A diverse range of topics were canvassed, including the international law governing cyber operations and cyberweapons, regulation of company action in response to cybersecurity concerns, potential control of misinformation and disinformation in Australia and abroad, and the practical and legal management of data breach incidents. The day featured presentations from a number of Adelaide Law School academics and students, including Professor Dale Stephens, Emeritus Professor Christopher Symes, Associate Professor Beth Nosworthy and PhD student Karina Galliford.
Three Adelaide Law School alumni will be enriched by professional international opportunities, after being awarded 2022 Fellowships from the Law Foundation of South Australia.
