Professor Dale Stephens Participation in ICRC Sponsored Events in Geneva
Professor Dale Stephens was recently invited by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to present a paper on the relationship between the Geneva 1977 Additional Protocol I (which principally applies to land warfare) to the law of naval warfare.
