Our researchers have examined the impact of existing and proposed new entitlements on the performance of work.
They have engaged in cutting-edge research, which has:
- Shaped the debate regarding a proposed entitlement to paid menstrual leave, both in Australia and overseas;
- questioned the need for a right to disconnect in Australia;
- considered global approaches to the regulation of fixed-term employment contracts; and
- forecast the impact that climate change will have on key areas of Australia’s employment law regulation.
