RUMLAE Director Professor Dale Stephens was very pleased to recently host Commander Jacqui Swinton RAN and Commander Ian Santicola USN who were visiting from Hawaii to discuss arrangements for the forthcoming Air and Maritime Legal Rights and Obligations project.
